terms of use

These are the Terms of Use. Pretty much, in order to use anything on this site, you must abide by these rules. (This does not account for tutorials or other content that is not intended for you to take and use.)

• You must give credit to Jenviousity.com for anything you use.* I don't have any preference to how: it can be a button, a text link, or just say "Thanks to Jenviousity.com for ____". No matter which method you choose, credit is necessary.
• Do not claim to have made anything yourself. This goes hand in hand with giving credit. You cannot claim to have made any of the icons, layouts, etc yourself.
• Do not redistribute anything you use from Jenviousity.com. This means do not take icons from here, then put them on your site for others to take and use. Even if you give credit, that is unacceptable. If you want to share these images, link your friend to this site and let them see the images themselves.
• Do not edit anything unless specified otherwise. Do not edit the images, layouts, or anything else you use from JV.com. The only things you may edit are the affiliate buttons, and some images that come with layouts (when specified).
• All images must be uploaded to your own server. If you hotlink images from Jeviousity.com, you are wasting our bandwidth. Save them to your computer and upload them to Imageshack or Photobucket.

*Things that do not require credit (though it is nice): color schemes.
